Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, in the year 2010, Pinkman was employed at the Heropa Youth Center as a childcare assistant upon his arrival and later transferred to the Xavier School for imPorts to work as a school nurse. To his knowledge, his home world lacked superheroes. He is a high school dropout and was employed in pest control before he was ported in. His birthdate is September 27, 1984. He is unmarried and father to an 8-year-old son named Brock (not present in this world).
As stated in media interviews, he has battled drug addiction and mental illness throughout his life, but he is currently in recovery. According to the file released to the public by imPort journalist Freddie Lounds, he is allergic to erythromycin and was at one point seeking treatment for numerous STIs.[1] Pinkman denied the latter allegation, stating that his superpowers make it impossible for him to contract any kind of infection. Pinkman was among the imPorts kidnapped in mid-July 2014[2] and part of the relief effort following the October 2014 terrorist attacks in Orlando[3]. In November 2014, several cell phone videos shared to social media sites depicted Pinkman being assaulted by recent arrival Hank Schrader.[4] No charges were filed following the incident.

Pinkman is known for being sociable and friendly. He has made an effort to integrate into the community, taking time to get to know locals and frequent non-imPort establishments.
