Known History

Shinjiro was deceased before being ported into Cape Canaveral, his cause of death being multiple gunshot wounds. It's possible that he is suffering complications from experimental drugs meant to suppress powers. His history prior to death and arrival is currently unverified.

Arrived in Heropa in 2014 and originally employed at a Youth Center as an At-Risk counselor. Later moved to De Chima government housing with boyfriend Akihiko Sanada and enrolled in Heropa Public Highschool, Grade 11.

Shinjiro was arrested shortly after arrival after taking hostages during a bomb-threat within a DMV in Florida, but was later acquitted due to involvement of known ImPort "The Manipulator". Other notable events include the Summer Camp Kidnappings in 2014. Shinjiro is known to have been abducted and forced to fight both genetically created animals and fellow imPorts, though has made few comments on the event. Most information on him has become public due to Tattlecrime's investigative journalism, publishing several imPort files. (citation.)

After Tattlecrime's publication, Shinjiro stepped down from his position as a youth counselor, and is currently believed to be unemployed. He has been seen on site of various events, notably several ImPort Swear-Ins, as well as the bombings in Orlando, working to support and assist more known and notable imPorts.

What few public interactions have been seen, Shinjiro is a very private and quiet individual. Tends to be serious or dry in interactions with the public, if he participates in any. Regardless, his history of lending support or helping during times of crisis speaks to a level of reliability as a registered imPort.
